In the Middle – Face the Fire with Faith is a 30-minute sermon, in Microsoft Word format. While it seems that we often find ourselves “in the middle” of something, we must remember that God is with us. He is not just the God of the beginning and the God of the end. Thankfully, he is also the God of the middle.
This is the fourth and final sermon in a series that includes Biblical examples and principles for those of us living in the middle. Oswald Chambers, an early twentieth-century minister and author, wrote “Faith for my deliverance is not faith in God. Faith means whether I am visibly delivered or not, I will stick to my belief that God is God. There are some things only learned in a fiery furnace.” This sermon will challenge your congregation with three lessons learned from the fiery furnace.

He has been the Senior Pastor of Bethel Christian Church since September of 1987. He has overseen the church through restoration and growth. Today, he oversees the church and its ministries, leading the congregation in the vision of ‘touching heaven and the earth.’ Pastor Farina has been very active in the Warren Michigan community. He has served eighteen years on the School Board for the Warren Woods Public Schools. Currently, he is a Chaplain for the Warren Police Department.
