He is the creator and publisher of CustomerCare,a magazine focused on providing knock-your-socks-off customer service. Chuck earned a Masters in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership. He also has three-decades of experience as a church leader, teacher, and pastor. This includes serving on the deacon boards of four churches and in leadership roles for five different denominations.

Chuck currently serves as pastor for Warren Hope in Warren, Michigan. The Warren Hope mission is to come alongside our community with more than just words. While all of Metro Detroit is facing tough economic times, some of the families hardest hit by poverty live in south Warren. Warren Hope has been blessed with the opportunity to purchase abandoned houses from the City of Warren. We renovate those homes, and turn struggling families, renting, into stable homeowners.
